COOKIE POLICY

Last Updated: 2026-10-21

This Cookie Policy explains how Abundly AI AB ("Abundly", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites at www.abundly.ai and docs.abundly.ai (together, the "Website") and on our agent platform at app.abundly.ai and its subdomains (the "Platform"). Together we call these the "Services".

In short: we use essential cookies to run the Services and keep you logged in, and we use analytics and marketing cookies only after you accept them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, smartphone or tablet) when you visit a website. They help websites work, remember your choices and tell site owners how the site is used.

We also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.

2. How we use cookies

2.1 Essential cookies (no consent needed)

These cookies are needed for the Services to work. They handle logging in and keeping you logged in, session management, security features, load balancing, finding broken links and remembering your cookie choice. You cannot turn them off through our banner, because the Platform would not work without them.

2.2 Functionality cookies (no consent needed)

These remember choices you make yourself, such as your color mode (light or dark). They are not used to track you.

2.3 Analytics cookies (consent needed)

With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the Services. This helps us count visits and traffic sources, see which pages are used most, understand how people move through the Services and improve performance.

Analytics cookies use a pseudonymous identifier, a random ID for your browser, rather than your name or email address. This is still personal data, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

2.4 Marketing cookies (consent needed)

With your consent, we use marketing cookies from Google, Meta, LinkedIn and HubSpot. They help us see how our marketing performs, for example which ads or posts led to a visit or a sign-up. Some of them let these companies recognize your browser on other sites. For data collected through the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, we and Meta or LinkedIn are jointly responsible for collecting the data and sending it to them. Each company is responsible for what it does with the data after that. If you accept marketing cookies and later fill in a form or book a course, HubSpot may report this to Google Ads together with the ad click identifier and a hashed version of the email address you entered (converted into a code, so it isn't sent in plain text). Google uses these to match the sign-up or booking to an ad click, so we can see which ads lead to sign-ups and bookings. We do this based on the consent you give for marketing cookies.

3. Your consent

3.1 The cookie banner

When you first visit the Website or the Platform, a banner at the bottom of the page lets you choose:

  • Accept: allows analytics and marketing cookies.
  • Reject: only essential and functionality cookies are used.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage and remembered on later visits.

3.2 Google Consent Mode v2

We use Google Consent Mode v2, which tells Google's tags what you have agreed to. Until you choose, consent for analytics and advertising storage is set to "denied", so no analytics or marketing cookies are stored and no data is sent to our analytics or advertising services. If you accept, consent changes to "granted" and our analytics and marketing tags start setting their cookies.

5. What Google Analytics does not collect

Google Analytics does not collect:

  • your name, email address or other details that directly identify you
  • your precise location (Google Analytics 4 shows city-level location at most and does not store IP addresses)
  • sensitive personal information

When you are logged in to the Platform, we process account data to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how.

6. Your choices

6.1 Change your cookie preferences

You can change your mind at any time. The Website and the Platform remember your choice separately, so you reset each one on its own. To reset it for the Website, click the button below, then reload the page and the banner will appear again. To reset it for the Platform, follow the link to My Profile on the Platform and reset it there.

Change cookie preferences for the Platform ↗

Clearing your browser's local storage and cookies for our sites has the same effect. If you reject or clear these cookies, analytics and marketing tracking stops.

6.2 Browser settings

Most browsers let you see and delete cookies, block all or some cookies, allow only first-party cookies, or clear cookies when you close the browser. Blocking all cookies will stop you from logging in to the Platform.

6.3 Opting out of Google Analytics

Besides rejecting analytics cookies in our banner, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or use browser settings and extensions that block tracking.

7. Third-party services

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are provided by Google LLC. When you accept analytics cookies, Google processes the data under its Privacy Policy.

If you accept marketing cookies, these companies also process data under their own policies:

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, the cookies we use or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may ask for your consent again through the banner.
