Henrik Kniberg FAQ

Here are answers to some of the most common inquiries I get. For product questions questions or anything else not specifically related to me, see https://www.abundly.ai/faq.

"How do I get in touch with you?"

  • For inquiries directly related to me, you can email henrik.kniberg@abundly.ai. But please check the FAQ below first, to save time. And no commercial offers or spam please...
  • For general inquires about Abundly or our services/products, it is better if you use our contact form, or email hello@abundly.ai, and one of my awesome colleagues will respond.
  • For technical support, email support@abundly.ai.

"Can you do a keynote/talk/workshop/course/consulting?"

I have some capacity for talks/workshops/consulting, remote or onsite. Feel free to reach out and ask.

"Can I interview you in my podcast?"

I sometimes do podcasts and similar ask-me-anything formats, especially if no preparation is required from my side. Feel free to reach out and ask.

"Can I use your pictures/slides/templates/articles/videos?"

Yes, by default you can use any of my free online material as long as you cite the source. By default all my material is licensed under Creative Commons.

"Can I translate your books/articles/videos?"

Awesome, please do!

"Can you answer some questions about <insert topic>?"

You can always ask, but I generally don't have bandwidth to provide personal support via email, so I might not respond. If you are a client, you can always reach out to support@abundly.ai.
However I usually do read comments on my posts on youtube/twitter/linkedin, and often respond there.

"How did you make your animated videos?"

I often get questions about how I made my animated videos Generative AI in a Nutshell, Agile Product Ownership in a Nutshell, Spotify Engineering Culture, and Friendly Guide to Climate Change.
Answer: I used Art Rage (drawing program), a Wacom drawing tablet, and ScreenFlow. I live-record the whole screen while drawing and talking, and then edit it in Screenflow. So the music, the drawing, and basically everything is done manually. Quite fiddly and time-consuming, but fun!

"Can you make an animated drawing video for my product/service/topic?"

Probably not. Those videos take a ton of time and effort, so I do them rarely, and only about topics where I have built up significant experience.

"I have feedback about your books/articles/talks"

Feedback is great! You can write comments in youtube & linked, or email me directly. I may not always respond, but I read and appreciate all feedback - whether it is compliments, stories, or constructive criticism.
